By accessing or using DeepSea ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

DeepSea provides on-chain analytics, blockchain data insights, AI-powered tools, and related services for informational and research purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DeepSea. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service (No Financial Advice)

DeepSea does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All data, analytics, signals, insights, whale tracking, AI responses, and content provided:

  • Are used at your own risk
  • Should not be considered investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
  • Are for informational purposes only

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription, Tokens & Payments

DeepSea may offer:

  • API access or enterprise services
  • Token-based utilities (e.g., DEEP token)
  • Free and paid subscription plans

All fees:

  • May change with prior notice
  • Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Are clearly disclosed before purchase

Use of tokens is subject to additional token-specific terms and applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DeepSea, including but not limited to:

  • AI outputs (excluding public blockchain data)
  • Branding
  • UI/UX
  • Data aggregation
  • Algorithms
  • Software

are owned by DeepSea or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use DeepSea to mislead, scam, or defraud others
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute data without authorization
  • Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or attack the system
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSea shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions
  • Data inaccuracies
  • Trading losses
  • Financial losses

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
